Painting, drawing, photography – Janine Wolff feels home in many areas of visual arts. Her indistinguishable style is coined by intense expression, whether you look at her elaborately composed photos or her colourful paintings, which vary from naïve compositions over wild expressionistic pieces to complex abstract designs. Using traditional techniques as well as more contemporary procedures like fluid painting, Janine loves to experiment with unusual material (note the coffee paintings!) to develop her very own artistic niche.

Janine Wolff was born and raised in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. After a short uninspiring stopover at university and completing a non-creative vocational training, she ultimately graduated as a media designer and decided to focus on her artistic work exclusively. Over the years, her road of life took her from Italy over Erfurt and Berlin to East Frisia, where she finally found the perfect setting to refine her oeuvre in peaceful yet inspiring surroundings.

»What I like about creating art is the fact, that it’s really personal and at once it’s a language interlinking people. A picture can capture a complete moment with all its emotions, thoughts and beauty. It can tell a story without using any spoken words at all. All you have to do is just listen.«
